Main responsibilities
- Structuring debt and equity transactions
- Bond issues, listings and private placements
- Building financial models and repayment profiles
- Preparing offer documentation for COSUMAF review
- Coordinating issuers, legal counsel and the regulator through to settlement
Profile
- Master's degree
- At least 4 years in corporate finance, structured finance or transaction advisory
- Knowledge of OHADA company law and the CEMAC issuance framework
- Documentary rigour under deadline
